Colorado Springs School District 11: We rehearse in Wasson High School's band room and many of our members teach in D11. LLW also participates in educational outreach with area schools, including D11 schools. Our most recent educational outreach has been a joint concert with Jenkins Middle School and a clinic with Wasson High School. |

Pikes Peak Flute Choir: Did you know there is such a thing as a contrabass flute? The Pikes Peak Flute Choir has many members playing everything from the concert flute and piccolo to alto, bass and contrabass flutes! New Horizons Band: This organization welcomes musicians of all playing levels (including beginners). All of the bands, except for 1, have an age requirement of 40+, ensuring that a love for music and music education doesn't have to end when you get older! Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association: This audition-only organization features some of the best young musicians in the area in 6 different music groups. Many of this organizations groups travel around the state and around the world spreading the joy of music to others. Concerts are also held locally several times a year and are open to the public |
